1.Fault diagnosis

SY75 excavator suddenly experiences abnormal left lateral movement during operation.

 It moves forward normally but cannot move backward. At the same time, the center joint leaks oil..

2.Fault Analysis

① Internal fault of walking motor

② Main valve fault

③ Foot valve fault

④ Center joint fault (oil seal damaged)

3.Fault relief

① After swapping the main oil pipe of the left walking motor, the fault direction is reversed, and it is judged that the motor is normal.

② After adjusting the oil pipe of the left walking valve, the fault still persists, and the main valve fault has been ruled out.

③ The malfunction of the left walking foot valve still persists after adjusting the conduit. The foot valve malfunction has been ruled out.

④ Based on the above inspection, the fault location was locked at the central joint. After disassembling the central joint, it was found that the screw of the top oil passage plug had fallen off. It was tightened and the oil seal was replaced to eliminate the fault.

3. Hydraulic parts: 

hydraulic pump, main valve, hydraulic cylinder, final drive, travel motor, swing machinery, swing motor etc.
