The excavator bucket consists of multiple functional components, mainly including

1.Tooth seat plate:located at the front end of the bottom of the excavator bucket, used to fix the bucket teeth

2.Bottom plate:The bottom surface that forms the excavation bucket and is used to carry materials

3.Edge plate:A vertical plate that forms the sides of the excavation bucket, used to limit the overflow of materials to both sides during excavation and maintain capacity.

4.Wall panel:located at the back of the excavator bucket, it is a structure that connects the boom and boom, and bears the reaction force during excavation.

5.Ear plate:Connected to the boom through a pin shaft, it transmits vertical loads.

6.Bucket ear plate: Connected to the bucket rod through a pin shaft, it is the fulcrum for the hydraulic cylinder to apply excavation force.

7.Bucket teeth: installed on the tooth seat plate, directly in contact with soil or rock, used for cutting and loosening materials

8.Ear sleeve:a sleeve that is fitted onto the pin shaft to reduce wear between the pin shaft and the ear plate, ensuring flexibility in the connection.
